If this is what it means to be I-Robot, I am in.  I can't say this is a "this would look good on anyone" frock, but it is definitely futuristic fantastic.  Again and again, Camilla and Marc are a girls best friend. 

Speaking of Rio...

This hot little top would probably only look good on my friend L... she definitely has the bod to rock this low cut, slightly revealing and very sexy tank by Leyendecker.  Too bad she wasnt able to snatch it up and take it with her to Rio for New Years.  Oh well, there is always next year I suppose...

Sans Straps...

I really love the draping and the material... the straps I could do without.  I wonder if you could have them removed from the dress without it looking like you had the straps removed from the dress...??  Anyway, this grecian number by Leyendecker is great for the springtime... and perhaps for an upcoming bridal shower??

Oh My OPI

I am in love with O.P.I.'s France Collection, which includes this beautiful gray / taupe color called "You don't know Jacques!"  In fact, I garnished my fingernails with this lovely color of gray this afternoon and it couldnt look more lovely. You can purchase this color at a GREAT price at SV Beauty Supply (they are usually $8 a pop, but on this site they are sold for $4.25 a bottle... a STEAL).

Holiday Party Dress No. 1

I have said it before, and I'll say it again.  Camilla and Marc always hit the nail on the head.  I just love this dress and want to wear it to the gift exchange / holiday party I am throwing tomorrow night... but alas, this shopoholic has put herself on a not-so-camilla-and-marc friendly budget for the holidays... booo.

Unclear: Overwhelming or Just Right?

I really do love all things rosette-like (which is so obv by looking through these posts) but I think Haute Hippie may have gone a little too far with this one... I like the color and the fabric, but honestly, there is probably no way that this would ever look good on me or any of my girlfriends.  I am leaning toward overwhelming on this one unfortunately.

These suede boots by Ash come in Black and in Grey and are perfectly priced for my pre-holiday shopping budget... only $300 (which may seem like its not that cheap, but compared to the Loefflers that I posted earlier, they are a good deal).  Pretty!  Lets see if my bank account can justify them...

I am SO into this color... this is the color I want my bridesmaid dresses to be and the color I want to incorporate in my wedding, and frankly, this color really looks good on most people.  And I just love the simple sophistication of this dress.  Just beautiful.  A little out of my price range, but if I could afford it, this Lela Rose dress would find a home in my closet. 

Loeffler has done it again

This Loeffler Randall item is the epitome of a day to night dress... totally aprop for the office (maybe with a little cardigan) and then perf for happy hour(s) afterwards (sans cardigan obv).  Love.  I have to say, I ordered this dress online and, since I have come to the sad realization that I am just not going to grow any taller, I am going to have to get it hemmed a bit on the bottom because it is just a little too long on me... (I am only 5'3").

Why is it that I fall in love with these shoes that are so freaking expensive? NOT FAIR! Giuseppe Zanotti heels are just so beautiful.  These Snakeskin Gladiators are no exception.  Too bad I can't afford them...

Yes, these sunglasses by Dita are Supa Dupa (and that is actually thier name)... I love Dita sunglasses in general and feel like everyone should have a pair of oversized shades to keep them looking cool. 

On another note, I am totally having bloggers guilt... I havent blogged for a week mostly because of work craziness, and other life craziness, but I definitely was sad when I logged on this morning and saw that I had not posted for a whole week!  Its not as though I havent been looking at all of the sites for the new and gorgeous items, I actually cannot go an entire day without looking at my shopping websites, but the combo of the work craziness and the lack of amazing must-have items this week has resulted in no posts until today!  Sad.

I love this top! I have seen it in person at the office (sadly not on me) and it is SO cute!  Pencey does a great job with interesting shapes and structure, to thier dresses and tops, and this is no exception.  I would like to sport this top at work or at play!

Return of the Marc (Camilla and Marc that is)

Why Why Why are Camilla and Marc so good at the mini dress??? I seriously would go broke on thier cocktail dresses alone.  First there was the gorgeous white one I blogged about last month, and now this! And, I have a hard time saying no to LBDs... but the price on this one is a bit prohibitive so I will not be indulging this time around... Unfortunately :-( 

The BM Dress Search: and the Short of It.

And here are some of my favorite Priscilla of Boston shorter options... as a disclaimer, I have to say I really dont want the material of the dresses to be shiny (shiny material does not do anyone any favors) so the shiny-ness of any of these dresses would not be part of the final product.  And the color of one of these is much too purple for my taste - but the dress was not pictured in the greyish color I am looking for.
